Cutter (1950-1975)

Born June 23rd, 1950, Cutter idolized the big Harleys and motorcycle gangs of his day. Stealing his first chopper in his late teens, Cutter was involved in various petty crimes before hooking up with Rocco and joining El Diablos. He quickly earned a reputation as a skilled leader and vicious torturer, often using knives and blades in gruesome manners on rival gang members, thus the name "Cutter". On July 19th, 1975, he was found hanging upside down from an outdoor fire escape with forty-two knives sticking out of his corpse. A suspect was never found, but rumors contend the murderer was Adam Killion.
