North Ratare (1952-1997)

Status: Still Escaped Bio: Lost his hand growing up in SD, in a car accident with a drunken Indian.  In his thirties, he organized a gang of racists to harass the local Indian population, resulting in several deaths.  Died in a robbery in late 1997.  When approached by Ash about the escape, he offered to lead a team of recently deceased - and North’s Dozen was born.
