Welland (1955-1975)

Born December 1st, 1955, Welland hooked up with El Diablos at the ripe young age of 12. Through his teens, he became an excellent marksman, and was often commissioned for drive-bys. He never missed. But on August 12th, 1975, his body was thrown through a well-known Diablos crackhouse in the middle of a transaction, his torso ripped to shreds by gunfire. Adam Killion was the rumored suspect.
